Travelling via the A1(M) South
Leave the A1(M) at Junction 58 signposted A68
Darlington, Bishop Auckland and Corbridge. At the roundabout take
the first exit signposted A68 Bishop Auckland, Corbridge. Proceed
along West Auckland Road to the next roundabout and take the second
exit signposted A6072 Shildon, Bishop Auckland. Proceed along Coatsay
Moor Lane to the next roundabout and take the third exit signposted
Newton Aycliffe. Proceed along School Aycliffe Lane and the main
entrance to the INEOS site is the third right turn. Upon arrival
visitors should report to the main gatehouse as directed. Please note that due to weight restrictions, the route along School Aycliffe Lane is not suitable for HGVs.

Leave the A1(M) at Junction 58 signposted A68 Corbridge, Darlington.
At the roundabout take the fourth exit signposted A68 Corbridge.
Proceed along West Auckland Road to the next roundabout, then take
the second exit signposted A6072 Shildon, Bishop Auckland. Proceed
along Coatsay Moor Lane to the next roundabout and take the third
exit signposted Newton Aycliffe. Proceed along School Aycliffe Lane and the main
entrance to the INEOS site is the third right turn. Upon arrival
visitors should report to the main gatehouse as directed. Please note that due to weight restrictions, the route along School Aycliffe Lane is not suitable for HGVs.
Travelling via train to Darlington
The most efficient way to reach the site is via taxi.
Travelling via Newcastle Airport
The most efficient way to reach the site
is via taxi. However, if driving, take the A696 and head towards
Newcastle upon Tyne. After several miles you will reach the A1.
Take the southbound route along the A1, which eventually becomes
the A1(M). Continue south until you reach Junction 58. Leave the
A1(M) at Junction 58 signposted A68 Corbridge, Darlington. At the
roundabout take the fourth exit signposted A68 Corbridge. Proceed
along West Auckland Road to the next roundabout, then take the second
exit signposted A6072 Shildon, Bishop Auckland. Proceed along Coatsay

Tees Valley Airport (Teesside Airport)
The most efficient way to reach the site is via taxi. However, if
driving, follow the signs for the A67 to Darlington. As you approach
Darlington you will join the B6280 at a roundabout. Drive past the
Yarm Road Industrial Estate and at the next roundabout go straight
on to Darlington Town Centre. After joining the inner ring road,
follow the signs of the A68 Bishop Auckland. Continue to drive westwards
until you reach the A1(M) at which point continue along the A68
signposted Bishop Auckland. Proceed along West Auckland Road to
the next roundabout and take the second exit signposted A6072 Shildon,
Bishop Auckland. Proceed along Coatsay Moor Lane to the next roundabout
and take the third exit signposted Newton Aycliffe. Proceed along School Aycliffe Lane and the main
