| 23 November 2010 INEOS ChlorVinyls Announces Further Caustic Soda Price Increase INEOS ChlorVinyls has today announced a price increase of Euro 50 per dry metric tonne, for December 2010 caustic soda business. This is as a result of the shortage of supply as operational issues, both planned and unplanned, affect production and the supply chain. This will be applied as contracts permit.
