Force Majeure Declaration - Chloromethanes

We anticipate that INEOS ChlorVinyls will be unable to supply chloromethanes due to an Event of Force Majeure as from 27th April 2011.

INEOS ChlorVinyls believes that as of this date, the events that have resulted in Force Majeure are likely to cease mid May. This is currently an estimated date only and is subject to change.

INEOS ChlorVinyls is working with customers to minimise or eliminate the effects of the Event of Force Majeure.
