| 28 September 2010 Force Majeure Declaration - Methyl Chloride We anticipate that INEOS ChlorVinyls will be unable to supply and deliver Methyl Chloride due to an Event of Force Majeure as from 28th September 2010. INEOS ChlorVinyls believes that as of this date, the events that have resulted in Force Majeure are likely to cease mid October. This is currently an estimated date only and is subject to change.
