| 29 July 2009 SALES AND MARKETING ARRANGEMENT AGREED FOR PERKLONE™ AND TRIKLONE™ Following the closure earlier this year of INEOS ChlorVinyls' Perchloroethylene and Trichloroethylene plant in Runcorn, UK, we are pleased to confirm that INEOS ChlorVinyls and Samuel Banner & Co. Ltd have agreed a Sales and Marketing Agreement for PERKLONE™ and TRIKLONE™. Samuel Banner are an established UK distributor with facilities in the UK for blending and storage, and have a long history in chlorinated solvents. They will continue to supply all grades of PERKLONE™ and TRIKLONE™ previously supplied by INEOS ChlorVinyls, including TRIKLONE™ LE and N and PERKLONE™ D, MD, EXT and DX PLUS™.
