To date, we have not suffered any disruption to manufacturing or supplies of our products and we remain at a state of readiness. There have been no recent major developments in the pandemic spread of Swine Influenza and neither the World Health Organisation nor regional health agencies are currently advising restrictions on the movement of goods or people INEOS ChlorVinyls has a comprehensive Pandemic Business Continuity Plan, which encompasses the following core activities: INEOS ChlorVinyls will maintain a high degree of vigilance and will monitor all available advice and guidance from health agencies and government departments to ensure that its Pandemic Business Continuity Plan remains robust.
